Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered — but if something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund is on the way.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • For exchanges, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
