Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered — but if something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund is on the way.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
For exchanges, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
